What stood out for us was that you first meet your clients to discuss what type of foods the groom and bride love the most which are accommodating. You immediately put a menu together from scratch and even made new flavors combine with which you have not experimented before. That is skillful, and I will rate that a five star.
You are very professional and what we are fond of was the amazing hospitality we’ve experienced. The fact that we could taste the food in the chef’s kitchen with lovely friends and enjoy the aromas flowing through the kitchen, with the amazing vibes we felt from the staff and the chef. It felt so comfortable and brought memories back from when we would come together with our families for dinner.

He has done numerous catering jobs for me and I have attended numerous functions where he has been the caterer of choice. “On special occasions our establishment entertains the public with our unique POP Up Restaurant where diners can enjoy a spectrum of menus whilst enjoying the ambiance of idyllic gardens and Howie’s superb cuisine.
Howie’s themed menus have wooed our clients and we find ourselves fully booked for these events. Specific thought goes into the offerings on occasions such as picnics and Mother’s Day etc and it fascinates me how he plays around with ingredients to fit in with these designer menus. Obviously this is a team effort and his remarkable staff never fail to meet expectations.
