At Howie Gourmet, we believe giving back is just as important as serving up excellence. Like my days in the army performing medical duties, there’s purpose and joy in resuscitating the communities that surround us—through food, through heart, and through action.
How We Give Back
Serving with Soul
From orphanage fun days to cake deliveries for the elderly, we’re proud to support outreach events—sometimes at reduced pricing, and often simply from the heart. When there’s a cause worth backing, our grill and our team are ready.
Feeding Where It’s Needed Most
Leftovers from our gourmet events don’t go to waste—they go to those who need them most. Our staff often make early morning drop-offs to bring a little unexpected joy to the night’s quiet corners.
Hands in the Soil
We’re dreaming up new ways to contribute, like getting involved in composting for community gardens. These projects offer sustenance, sustainability, and a way to build something together with our neighbours.

Banakekeleni FC – Our Underdog Heroes
One standout joy has been backing the Banakekeleni Football Academy. Once dismissed, they’ve fought their way up the league. With their sponsor recently lost, we’re exploring how we can keep the fire burning for this passionate team.

A Personal Thank You
